Our Mission
To provide personalised, empowering support that helps people to live fulfilling, independent lives within their community. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing             environment where every person’s unique needs, preferences, and goals are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Vision
To be a leading and trusted supported living service provider, recognised for promoting recovery, wellbeing, and independence. We aspire to support every individual to reach their full potential and enjoy a meaningful, self-directed life.

Our Values

  1. Respect: We treat everyone with dignity, valuing their individuality, privacy and choices. Whether it’s daily routines, cultural practices, or personal interests, we ensure each person’s voice is valued in every aspect of their support.
  2. Empowerment: We support individuals to take control of their own lives, encouraging them to make informed decisions and develop practical skills, instead of doing it for them.
  3. Compassion: We provide support with kindness, understanding, and patience. Our team is committed to recognising and responding to emotional and mental health needs, offering        reassurance and guidance.
  4. Integrity: We operate with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. All our interactions, support plans, and communications are handled ethically, ensuring service users and families can trust us completely.
  5. Collaboration: We work in partnership and open communication with residents, their           families, and professionals where necessary (GPs, CMHT etc), to provide well-coordinated support.

We also place a great focus on everyday wellbeing activities including:

 Autism Support

Our support for adults with autism focuses on routine predictability, and sensory comfort. This includes visuals, clear communication and low-stimulus environments. Specifically, our quiet wellbeing lounge offers a calm area with soft furnishings and tailored tactile & visual sensory aids to reduce anxiety and overwhelm. All staff are trained in Positive Behaviour Support to understand triggers and reinforce positive routines, while helping individuals build key life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and community access. Our approach supports emotional wellbeing using social stories and predictive planning to navigate transitions, changes and social situations faced in everyday life.

Social Wellbeing

We support individuals to build confidence and meaningful connections through participating in  a variety of social activities, within and outside the home, including:

  • Social Evenings (movie night, board games)
  • Community Groups & Local Events (such as HRUA, Harrow Gateway etc.)
  • Volunteering Groups (such as Harrow Care Plus)
  • Mini Golf & Bowling Activity
  • Trips out- Cinema, cafe, library, museum etc.
